Officer Profile – Deb Schultz
Hi! I am Deb Schultz, the current IL Agri-Women President.
I am from a small town in Northern IL where I grew up on a farm and currently live around the corner from that farm. I am married with two grown children and 1 super awesome grandson. I enjoy being outdoors. I love playing with my 5 ornamental ponds, wire corn cribs that have been turned into outdoor living space and my most recent addition of a grain bin turned into a She Shed!
I have been a part of Community Banks for 29 years to date. 21 of those years have been spent in Agricultural Lending. I have been a member of IL Agri-Women for 9 years. IAW is an awesome group of women that inspire me and have created so many opportunities to expand my knowledge and grow personally.
