Generations of Women in Agriculture Across America

Honoring the Legacy. Inspiring the Future.

GoAg³, an initiative of Illinois Agri-Women, celebrates and uplifts the legacy of multi-generational women who have shaped, led, and loved American agriculture.

Through the 2026 Generations of Women in Agriculture Across America Award, we aim to spotlight families with three or more living generations of women who have made a meaningful impact in the agriculture industry — whether through production farming, agri-business, education, or leadership in their communities.

This national award will recognize and reward families whose stories represent resilience, innovation, and a lasting legacy in agriculture.

This is a project of Illinois Agri-Women, sponsored by Illinois companies, culminating in a celebration Luncheon event on August 21, 2026 in Bloomington, IL during the Generations Educational/Professional Development Conference.
