Greetings, Illinois Agri-Women! 2019 has given us as agriculturally engaged women rich opportunity to fellowship together, learn from each other and industry professionals, lift up our leaders, and educate those who are coming up next.

- FEB 2019 Held the annual meeting & toured at Tate & Lyle, Decatur, IL (aka The Castle in the Cornfields) and learned much about corn grain processing at their amazing facility * Hosted our next Agri-Women generation through the mentoring opportunity at Richland Community College for the 10th Annual Women Changing the Face of Agriculture * Enjoyed a professional development opportunity by viewing “Food Evolution” followed by discussion panel at Richland Community College
- MAR 2019 Ag Legislative Day, Springfield, IL, members advocated for our Ag industry
- MAY 2019 Hemp Forum held in Peoria, learned about hemp versatility from Rachel Berry with the Illinois Help Growers Association
- JUL 2019 Fraud Protection “5 Things Every Person Should Know about Fraud” professional development event, held at Joliet Junior College
- AUG 2019 Honored one of our own at the Illinois State Fair, Mary Meinhart 2019 IAW Hall of Fame
- OCT 2019 Toured southern Illinois creamery, dairy, farm market locations
Our organization thrives on its member support and because of the projects that get done through the year. Your yearly $50 dues to Illinois Agri-Women includes membership with the American Agri-Women. Thank you in advance for your continued support.
